Walking distance to venue was great but be aware - there are a lot of homeless people. The more I travel the more I see. It is very disheartening.

Liked: The staff was excellent! The gentleman at the desk was great. It really helped that he knew the entertainer that I was there to see.
Disliked: Could have been a little bit cleaner but proximity to everything was on par.

First time staying here and was very impressed. Friendly staff; easy check in; parking was great; room was clean, spacious and modern. Great location and easy walk to restaurants, bars, and 9:30 Club.

Mouses

Disliked: We stayed in a group and shared two rooms. We had problems in both. The room I was in had mousetraps and one had a dead mouse. The other room had a live mouse. The breakfast was of poor quality and had little variety. They charged a high price for a product that other hotels offer for free. Terrible experience, I do not recommend it.

Liked: I liked the room I stayed in. It was spacious, luxurious, and overall a nice experience. I especially enjoyed the rooftop with great views of the city.

Liked: The convenience of the location nice size room I stay here all the time. The staff was very nice
Disliked: The water did not get hot in the bathroom the shower and they charge me a parking fee when I did not have a car so I did not use your valet parking and I have been calling ever since I got my receipt and I am not getting an answer I left a message and no one has called me back yet
