Walking distance to venue was great but be aware - there are a lot of homeless people. The more I travel the more I see. It is very disheartening.

Liked: The staff was excellent! The gentleman at the desk was great. It really helped that he knew the entertainer that I was there to see.
Disliked: Could have been a little bit cleaner but proximity to everything was on par.

First time staying here and was very impressed. Friendly staff; easy check in; parking was great; room was clean, spacious and modern. Great location and easy walk to restaurants, bars, and 9:30 Club.

Disliked: Cleaner who came to clean my room was very obviously smoking week because it smelt like it well after they left. The sheets smell like mildew. The soap and shampoo have too strong of a citrus smell. Only 1 staff member for a line if people trying to check in/put and get their bags. Terrible experience

Great location and felt safe...

Liked: The view from the top floor where the gym is was beautiful during the day and night. The location of the hotel is terrific...walking distance to the convention center.
Disliked: There is not a restaurant on site that is open 24/7. The breakfast buffet was good and had many options.

Nice place to stay in...

Liked: The rooms were very nice.
Disliked: The Hyatt didn’t validate parking for the garage below their hotel. That would have been nice if they did.
