lovely pool, great location

Liked: the facility and pool was awsome
Disliked: trying to find our room. check in at 4, office closes at 4. buildings are a,c,b. elevators dont go to garage level

Had to leave a day...

Liked: Beautiful property. Location was great for us out of the business of town but close enough to get to were we needed in 15-20 min. Indoor/outdoor pool was awesome! Slide and the outdoor hot tub was bonus. Lots of extra activities for families and the kids.
Disliked: Would have liked a bar or restaurant on property but was able to order from local establishments without having to leave.

Liked: The room and staff were amazing! Excellent rates! Wish the view was a little better but everything else was that best!

Liked: Staff was friendly and the room was nice
Disliked: There was no snow removal to the pool. Staff just said to watch out its slick. Snow removal on the sidewalk was very poor. They blew snow on guests cars and created a huge drift that had to be stepped through two get to your car. There is only one ice machine for the whole resort.

Liked: It was a beautiful place. The pool area was nice and warm, the slide was on point.
Disliked: Booking.com charged me a resort fee and once I got there they charged me a resort fee as well. I only picked this place because it said it had a Jacuzzi tub in the room. It had the tub but no jets. I would have gone elsewhere had I know that and had I known it was going to be so expensive to stay here. They also charged me another 25.00 fee for ??????? So my 180 a night stay turned into 250.00 for one night real fast.
