Good base for touring Palm...

Liked: It was clean and spacious with an excellent kitchen. Well-located for access to the Palm Springs region. Very comfortable bed.
Disliked: It was a little noisy being under a flight path and the lift was out of order

Liked: Good value for money. Very comfortable and clean.
Disliked: Maybe a little tired and time for a refresh. Also no locks on the building so anyone could walk into any of the building foyers. Lift didn’t work in our building so had to carry bags up stairs - need improving

Good stay

Liked: Spacious rooms. Good location. Nice view of the golf course.
Disliked: Shower pressure was really low and WiFi was not working. Materials provided stated that late check out could be called in the night before. When I called they told me to call the next morning. I had to call several times the next morning before I could reach anyone.

Liked: BThe fans room was great. The rooms are spacious and well equipped.
Disliked: Oh my lord, you have to stop using g that scent in the lobby. It set off my asthma. I could end up in the ER. It’s awful. You don’t need it. I will a tuly stay T another property if I smell that again in the ‘lobby. Also my room was never really cleaned.

Relaxing stay and good value...

Liked: it was a real home from home. It was spacious and comfortable and we even managed to get our clothes washed and dried after nearly 2 weeks on the road.
Disliked: nothing
