Disliked: inadequate insulation between rooms

Liked: Excellent breakfast , room was very clean and quiet, location was great for traveling easily all over the city due to the numerous subway lines converging at Union Square
Disliked: Both the room and bathroom lacked sufficient counter space

Disliked: The bed was uncomfortable, the mattress was sunken.We asked for change, yet the hotel doesn’t have replacements.The room was too small, no kettle, no amenities. The price-quality relationship it is not fair.The final price of the stay was never clear until I checked my credit card statement after the check out. The personnel charged an additional non informed fee. No-one explained to us the details at check in or check out. The ppl at front desk is not properly prepared to provide them.

Liked: Great location, room was comfortable. Staff is exceptional!
Disliked: The spigot in the sink is too close to the sink bowl and it is difficult to wash hands properly or comfortably.
