Disliked: Upon arrival to the hotel, which I had made a reservation for, I saw the hotel was closed due to renovations. I had to last minute find other arrangements. Now I am being charged a cancelation fee that has not been refunded to me yet.

Liked: Excellent breakfast and cafe, the room was clean and spacious, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
