Liked: Staff was very friendly and they were helpful. Lazy river model made me feel like an adventure.
Disliked: They did not have heated pools or Jacuzzi. Guests would enjoy more comfortable the pools in a Floridian winter weather of March, if heated pools.

Liked: Did not leave to get breakfast because we had to travel to tge Hyatt Regency, we were under the assumption that all the resturants that were on site were not.
Disliked: More understanding of the on site facilties.

The highlight of the stay...

Liked: This location did not have a sit down restaurant for meals. We were advised to go to the Hyatt REgency 1/2 mile away for meals. We did this for brunch one day and ended up having a delightful dinner at the golf course, Salt Leaf Reserve, right next door.
Disliked: Reception staff were less than pleasant, rooms were not cleaned on a daily basis, we had to beg for clean towels. Additionally, lawn crew started maintenance each morning a 7am which interrupted sleeping in.
