Liked: This was my second stay at this location. The first time I was given a clean room with a good view of the pool. The room I stayed in for this stay was VERY far from the elevators and had no view. The room itself was not as clean as the previous room as I saw dirt and dust bunnies throughout the room. Also, I was charged for parking as well. No one asked to help me carry my heavy load of bags to and from my room. The only positive of this stay was they gave me a late checkout so I could return after a morning meeting.
Disliked: Cleaner and closer to elevator. Friendlier staff would be nice too.

Terrible service made this stay...
Liked: We have stayed here multiple times and it is a nice facility.
Disliked: The staff who checked us in at night was incredibly rude and refused to let us link our Hyatt rewards to the booking. In fact, she was completely over the top with her attitude toward us and stated it was impossible for it to be done, even though we had done with no problems during our last two stays at the same hotel. We decided to wait and speak to a more friendly staff member the next morning who was able to do link it for us with no problems in a matter of seconds. Few nights later we wanted to request a roll away bed and we called down and nobody would answer the phone so we went in person. The same rude staff member was working the front desk. At first she said it would be no problem when we requested a roll away bed. Then she read the notes in the system and realized we were the same people she refused to help link the account a few night before and when she saw that we had asked someone else to do what she refused to do, suddenly the roll away bed could not be provided for “fire code” reasons. We have requested roll away beds before with no problem and this was clearly her way of being rude and controlling once again. We were super displeased as we have stayed in his hotel many times and have always had such friendly people helping us. Honestly, we’ve never experienced this level of rude before at any hotel we’ve stayed at. It was a complete disappointment.
