The hotel was beautiful and very clean. Our room was clean and very comfortable and I loved that there was no carpet in the room! However I was disappointed that after waiting over 20 minutes to order in an empty restaurant I had to walk over to the bar area to get our meal order started.

Disliked: Rooms need updating, common areas are fine, rooms showing their age. Old slider window never shut; was loud at night. Huge TV but no web/app access. HVac system didn’t work well. Also, this is minor, but the display isn’t backlit, so anytime you tried to use it you needed to turn on a light etc…$12 for parking in the ‘burbs?…

Disliked: Booked a suite which was nice and spacious but a view of the cars 2 m away on parking lot AND a handicapped suite with NO SPACE TO HANG CLOTHES ???Carpet in hallway crooked and pool area dirtyToo close to highway 101 thus very noisy
