Breakfast lovely, staff friendly, pool...

Liked: Great location, the hotel is being renovated and as a consequence the air conditioning unit in our room was so noisy the nearside bed needed to wear noise cancelling headphones.

Disliked: Expensive valet parking, tons of very loud construction all day long above my room. Beds and pillows uncomfortable. Watch bill- staff charges me for food charges that were not mine ($200).

Good location in Capital area...

Liked: It met the criteria of having an indoor pool for my granddaughters. The staff was very helpful and we were able to check in early to leave our luggage for the afternoon.
Disliked: Location to the museums and restaurants was too far for children to walk. The beds had very lightweight comforters within sheets and no additional blankets which were not adequate.

Liked: Loved the location! Was in a great location to walk to restaurants!
Disliked: Very expensive to park/valet our car. Beds were very small (full) would have loved them to be queen beds

Disliked: No parking for oversized vehicles. We needed to find it on our own and walk back to our room.

Great location for walking around...

Liked: Can’t get any closer to the capital!!
Disliked: It’s not their fault, but they are in a closed zone during times of inaugurations and other things of importance with the president. We couldn’t get picked up from a taxi or uber at hotel and had to walk. They had a golf cart shuttle but in 16 degree weather and everyone’s luggage it takes a long time to even get a ride.
