Disliked: The spa was insanely overpriced and ruined our experience. The massage from the male masseusse was terrible, yet we are just expected to also leave a tip? Ridiculous.

Liked: Room was bit old and worn out but the view was phenomenal! Great location, bed was comfortable, shower pressure was nice, ac works great, bathroom mirror and lighting was decent so 8/10 over all. Those mango scented amenities were incredible too, I wish I could’ve bought it. Will definitely come back again!

My hotel stay was fine...

Liked: The hotel staff was always friendly. The Lobby was clean and employees were seen several times mopping the floors and vacuuming.My room, 2167 in the Diamond Head Tower, was comfortable. In general, however, the room is in need of renovation. It is dated as evidenced by several things. The soon and paint on the bathroom door was chipped in several places, the toilet seat moved while in use, and the sink faucets need adjusting. If the hot water was turned on first, followed by the cold water, even slightly, the water turned cold.The big clock on the wall was off by hours and minutes. For the price of a night, I wouldn’t expect this.
