Fantastic night stay in BC...

Liked: Great staff and location. Clean rooms and really helpful all around.
Disliked: Everything was great. Busy hotel, but they make you feel like your the most important person there.

Disappointing

Liked: We were quickly provided with a kettle and two children's beds
Disliked: No sound insulation. We were on the 25th floor and all the sounds from the street were very audible. You could hear conversations from all the rooms nearby.They also charged me more money than was written on the receipt, although we did not take any paid additional services
