Great breakfast great service!

Liked: Reception staff Anita was fantastic as always. So friendly and helpful. Location is good and the room size is big. Breakfast is fantastic.
Disliked: Charging for the room water! Stingy! The bathrooms need a face lift. The wifi is slow on and off.

Liked: The hotel front staff was very helpful when BOOKING.COM duplicated our reservation for some reason. We had reservation receipt email so it was no problem. He was friendly and fix the problem right away and gave us options for room types. We stayed the hotel comfortable.
Disliked: Booking.com duplicated our reservation.We booked one room for 2 people. Hotel was informed our reservation as 2 rooms, 2 people. Good thing we had a reservation email.I hear from people complaining these third party booking websites make errors. Unfortunately it was true. I hope it resolves this type of technical error.
