Very pleasant stay

Liked: Great location in downtown: <10 min walk to Vancouver Convention Centre, the art gallery, metro station, and a food street.Super spacious and clean room, coffee machine is good.Professional, friendly, and helpful staff. You can ask for a microwave oven to be sent to your room.
Disliked: It would be even better if complimentary bottle water could be provided in the room

Liked: Location, clean, nice staff
Disliked: Guests level above were very noisy, kept us awake till all hours of the morning, noise cut off is 10pm and they were still going at 2am

Disliked: Not providing brushes and paste Moreover using tap water to drink which is disgusting. I would more from Hyatt as the name suggests and the which I paid for
