Disliked: The payment for the room was taken twice. I spoke with the front desk in this regard, but the money not received beck yet.

Liked: Location only
Disliked: The bed sheets were not clean and of poor quality. I also had to ask for the room to be cleaned, and they didn't provide any tissues unless I requested them each time. Overall, I had a disappointing experience.

Liked: It was my wife's birthday getaway and we really enjoyed our stay. The staff was excellent and they let us check in early.

Liked: The location, the cleanliness, the staff & the room size.
Disliked: There weren’t breakfast or dining service only a nice cafe and bar at the lobby which needed a reservation during Christmas.
