The hotel is in a great location; provides underground parking with in and out privileges; the staff were friendly and welcoming; the rooms were clean and updated, despite not offering a mini fridge. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we had an overall great experience. We have stayed at various Hyatt's before with little to no issues.

Liked: The hotel room was clean, organized, welcoming, safe and in a great location close to everything.
Disliked: No mini fridge in the room which is extremely disappointing.

Requested a double bed room (smoking) and it wasn't ready so we ended up taking a Queen size bed and asked for a cot. We got into the room and realized there was no way a cot would fit in so we ended up switching our room to a non smoking room. Good looking room, however, it was very small - we kept banging our legs up against the corners of the beds. The shower is small so if you are a bigger person don't bother showering.

Liked: In a good area for restaurants.
Disliked: Hotel rooms are extremely small.

Disliked: There were people getting rowdy on our floor at 2AM for about 30 minutes. Called the front desk and they took a while to get security involved.

Fantastic Location for Downtown Toronto...

Liked: Fantastic staff, wonderful room, and I even took advantage of the work-out room (which was very nice). Parking was easy in the hotel lot. Really nothing but good news about the hotel, and a PERFECT location for downtown Toronto events and sight seeing.
Disliked: Really there was nothing about the hotel that wasn't great. I love an included breakfast, but hey this is North America and that rarely happens! The only detraction from staying here again is that the price is very high, but this must have been caused by something going on this weekend... prices were double normal which was a drag.

Liked: Short walk to main attractions, right downtown toronto. They have a fish pond downstairs where children (and adults) are welcome to feed the fish with provided food.
