The hotel is in a great location; provides underground parking with in and out privileges; the staff were friendly and welcoming; the rooms were clean and updated, despite not offering a mini fridge. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we had an overall great experience. We have stayed at various Hyatt's before with little to no issues.

Disliked: No mini fridge in the room which is extremely disappointing.

Requested a double bed room (smoking) and it wasn't ready so we ended up taking a Queen size bed and asked for a cot. We got into the room and realized there was no way a cot would fit in so we ended up switching our room to a non smoking room. Good looking room, however, it was very small - we kept banging our legs up against the corners of the beds. The shower is small so if you are a bigger person don't bother showering.

Liked: This hotel is a short walk to the Toronto Convention Centre.I was allowed to park my vehicle early which added convenience of not having to pay for parking and also have my vehicle and luggage tucked securely at the hotel while I was attending my conference prior to my room being ready.
