Liked: We loved everything about this stay, especially the firepit, the food, the hummingbirds and bike rides! We also really loved the beautiful calm atmosphere, natural grounds, green areas, traditional decor and friendly staff. We will be back.
Disliked: Small issue-At one point the pool area was packed with guests who were there for a conference and the restaurant wasn’t open so everyone was ordering food and drinks from the pool bar. As a result we waited for over 1.5hrs for a pizza which wasn’t even correct when it came out. The staff couldn’t keep up so I think this could have been managed better and more staff should have been on during this busy time.

Lovely place, friendly but ineffective...

Liked: Atmosphere and connection with indigenous communities. Scenery and friendly staff.
Disliked: Lack of follow up by staff, outdated and incorrect phone connections. Never cleaned room of glassware or replenished coffee cups or coffee unless asked. And still failed most of the time to do as they promised.
