Liked: Great location, comfy beds. Most of the staff were lovely and helpful. Superb breakfast.
Disliked: Booked a room for 2 adults and a child. No bed was provided for my child until 11.30pm.

Nice hotel, great view and...

Liked: Friendly & helpful staff on Reception and Concierge desk. Moved us to a room facing the harbour on our arrival so we could watch the Saturday night fireworks. Gary on the Concierge desk helped us book a cruise for NYE.
Disliked: Messed up our reservation at the Zephyr Bar despite booking 2 days prior. Very disappointing.
