Liked: Room wasn't cleaned all the way. Still food crumps in floor. Shower head was coming loose water was spraying everywhere. I paid for parking. So when I came back from game there was no parking left on top after I paid for it. The free parking was packed out with cars that wasn't staying there that was visiting people there. So I had to park down the hill from hotel and walk back up to the hotel. People was walking though the doors as other guest staying at the hotel was scanning there card to get in and no one was asking them if they had a room there or not. Very unsafe.
Disliked: My whole stay I didn't like.

Overall the experience is great...

Liked: The area is in the best ,surrounded by good restaurants,5 minutes away from the battery the view is beautiful as well
Disliked: The moment at the time it’s under construction so you can’t really enjoy the whole experience

Liked: The room- The room was very nice and plenty of room. The room was also clean. The lobby and restaurant were also nice. We did not eat there.
Disliked: The pillows were some of the worst pillows. I liked that they weren't flat, but they were very hard to be pillows. I have the Hotel Collection Pillows at home and those are the brand you need to get. The tubs drain was very, very slow. Also, The sinks plug to the drain was stuck.I didn't like that I had to have a key to exit the premises. I checked out and didn't have the key so I couldn't exit. I had to go back in for her to tell me to "buz" her and she would let me out. I walked down our hall and didn't see an ice machine.

Liked: Room is large, clean, soft big bed with an ok view.
Disliked: I’m was booked a room where I could hear the construction going on for their remodeling. I couldn’t sleep in for the morning and when trying to take a nap I woke up to a bang.

Good Overall

Liked: The hotel was actually nice but it needs to be renovated. The rooms are huge, nice space and lots of mirrors but the bathrooms were older and outdated and could be a little cleaner. The doors of each room walking to our room were very dirty and needed to be wiped down. Overall I would give the hotel a 7/10. Staff was awesome. Check in was smooth and very informative.
