Disappointing

Liked: I usually stay at the other Hyatt across the road, but decided to try this one on my lat bisiness trip. The lighting in the room is great and the location is convenient. Everything else fell below expectations.
Disliked: I first got a room where they completely forgot to clean the toilet, the most disgusting thing ever. I then got a new room, which was fine, but the overall look and feel of the hotel and rooms is really cold and minimal. Nobody attended the room during my stay, not sure if it was missed or on purposeReception was cold and distant, I guess it matches the hotel vibe..

It’s an outstanding hotel in...

Liked: Comfortable, clean, friendly staff and safe areas.
Disliked: Breakfast is good but I expect to switch back to buffet.
