Disliked: too much construction, walking like a maze, weak food choices almost everything was closed, no warning about major work being done and had to drive to get a good meal!

Disliked: “I had an extremely disappointing stay at the Hyatt in Scottsdale. The hotel was under renovation, which severely impacted the overall experience. The service was terrible—there was no staff available at the pool, and breakfast was served in a conference room, which felt far from the standard you’d expect. The in-room dining menu had very few options, leaving much to be desired. To make matters worse, check-in begins at 4 p.m., and check-out is at 11 a.m., severely limiting the time guests can fully enjoy the hotel. Many of the pool services only start at 11 a.m., so for us, staying just one day, the experience was hardly worth it. For the price and the Hyatt name, I expected much better. I definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here during renovations.”

Finish construction and renovations before...

Liked: Room was clean, staff friendly
Disliked: The hotel was completely under construction, lobby was closed, had to ride an elevator up and then walk and then down, very confusing, I saw 2 other guests getting lost and we all had to go to the “front desk” (there was no front desk just tables amongst the debris) and be taken to our rooms. Then in the morning the noise from the workers began early. They should not be open during construction!

Liked: The pool was really the one bright spot. The room was okay.
Disliked: Construction. Everywhere. The entire hotel was torn apart. It was ugly on the inside, not to mention, we were woken both days by loud construction. Would definitely not recommend.

Disliked: Everything could’ve been better the poolWas down until Saturday! The bar close at 5 the pool close at 11! All the renovations going on the hotel could’ve knocked prices down for u to get woke up at 6 am

Liked: The staff is very friendly and helpful!
Disliked: There is a lot of construction going on. It can be a little overwhelming. However the you have a glimpse of whether they want it to resemble once construction is completed.

Disliked: was told on booking small amount of renovation work would be carries out it was major renovation project work man started work at 5.30am till some times 4.30pm

Disappointed this time! Have stayed...

Liked: We love the pool area and having the water slide and fake beach / sand area. They have lots of lounge chairs and umbrellas to get out of the sun. Lots of pools to chose from.
Disliked: Staff working the pool area were not very attentive and when we asked a question was told " I will get back to you" then say this stuff member chatting in coffee shop for 20 min. Manager did apologize and let us use a cabana for the afternoon to apologize. Being a high end resort they should really train staff to be more attentive. This is not a cheap resort.
