Liked: The Lobby was beautiful
Disliked: My room wasn’t very clean. The beds and pillows are very firm not comfortable.

Expected more upscale experience but...

Liked: Distance to River Street, security, lobby, front desk, staff
Disliked: Rooms were kind of grungy. For all the money, no good TV channels, beds and pillows were not the greatest,pool area was not very inviting.

2 night stay

Liked: The hotel was wonderful. The hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful. We had a river view which allowed us to watch big cargo ships pass by. The hotel's roof top terracce was spectacular especially at night. Although the weather was horrible during our stay, the proximity to riverstreet and city market was great. Loved, loved the hotel! Would stay again. We were here for my hubby's birthday.
Disliked: The bed but maybe it just wasn't my own would be the only negative.
