Liked: The location of the hotel is great, booked a room with River view, it’s nice. Walking distance to restaurants, candy shop, gift shops.
Disliked: I lost my favorite vest. I left the vest in the closet of the Hyatt Regency Savannah hotel room we stayed in. I called hotel and left voicemail, and called again and talked to a lady explained everything to her. my husband called again second day and left voicemail. until today (6 days after) I still haven’t heard anything back from the hotel. I find it hard to believe that no one found the vest and put it into a lost and found department

I wouldn’t stay here again.

Disliked: Staff was extremely rude, beds were very uncomfortable, elevators were far, gym was extremely hot.
