Disliked: It was only a Hyatt Regency by name and not to the standards they are known for. We chose Hyatt based on prior stays at Hyatt at other locations. We later discovered that the reason Hyatt is letting this particular hotel run down is that it will be demolished soon. A heads up when we booked would have been the proper thing to do. We then could have made the choice of going there or pick another hotel. A good management team would not hesitate to advise guests first.

Disappointing

Liked: The property was nice. The pool was great and the facility was clean.
Disliked: It’s not the properties fault but the construction right out my balcony ruined everything. I paid more for a balcony and I paid more for a top floor and I couldn’t use it because it was too loud.

Liked: Lovely location and pool area.
Disliked: Hotel food was truly abysmal. Ordered risotto and it was literally minute rice with a viscous broth poured over it. For $22.

Liked: Nicely appointed, good view of a Marina, close to Van Weszling. Bayfront Park is right across the street.
Disliked: Valet parking only at the property. 45.00 seemed pricey.
