I really enjoyed my 4 day stay at the hotel. The room was the right size, the view from my window of Levi's Stadium was outstanding. The restaurant was the only disappointment that I had. I want to give a great thank you to Guest Service Agent, Fadi Kilani. He went above and beyond to assist me and my guest. When I am back in the area I will definitely stay with you again.

Disliked: We check into hotel and one hour later the concert got cancelled - we tried to get a refund and leave the hotel but no refund would be given. Very disappointed.

Mixed reviews from us.
Liked: I like the building, it was nice. I liked the man that checked us in, very nice, very professional, very good! Tall, dark hair, young, I wish I could remember his name. Maybe Miguel? I liked that it had a pool, hot tub, big bar/lounge area, comfortable bed/pillows. Parking was easy (but very pricy). The cocktails amd Shirley temples were very good!
Disliked: I took my brother (who has special needs/but alert enough/high functioning) for his birthday of which he was really looking forward to and we picked your hotel largely because of the room service. That is what his birthday wish was. And we had nothing but problems with our dinner and our breakfast. They forgot to bring the right order, forgetting things too so that we had to wait to eat our food and then 20 minutes later when they finally brought the correct items, our food was cold. You have to understand that the room service meals were his birthday meals!! So we spent a lot of money (room service was very expensive!!) just to have it be terrible service and cold food. So that was disappointing since it was ultimately the main reason we were there (instead of going to a fancy restaurant...my sweet brother just wanted room service dinner at a hotel) ...and same thing with breakfast.. they brought the berry cup when we ordered the cantaloupe/pineapple cup, they forgot the whipped cream we specifically asked for for his hot cocoa, etc...the list goes on.And now it looks like we may have been overcharged for our stay. Ugh.
