I really enjoyed my 4 day stay at the hotel. The room was the right size, the view from my window of Levi's Stadium was outstanding. The restaurant was the only disappointment that I had. I want to give a great thank you to Guest Service Agent, Fadi Kilani. He went above and beyond to assist me and my guest. When I am back in the area I will definitely stay with you again.

Disliked: We check into hotel and one hour later the concert got cancelled - we tried to get a refund and leave the hotel but no refund would be given. Very disappointed.

Close to convention center
Liked: I picked this hotel because it was next to the convention center. I was attending a cheerleading competition and needed to be close by. Thats what I like about it. The lobby area is nice.
Disliked: I rate hotels based on how there elevator are. One had a dirty sticky floor. Clearly needing updating and maint. Not to mention they were slow and there was a line forming to get on. Rating of 2. So if the elevators are not nice then usually the room is not nice either. It was pricey for a one night stay where I'm not staying for a whole 24 hours. Parking was $40 per day.

If I weren’t there for...
Liked: The proximity is right next to Levi Stadium.
Disliked: No parking. No valet. The price is insane. Not enough employees to support the crowd.

Meh.
Liked: Easy access to the stadium for games; close to network of walking paths; safe part of town
Disliked: Parking was $40 yet only for hotel guests? Why charge so much.. The front desk staff I talked to didn’t even know about the walking paths that were like 300 feet from the hotel and couldn’t give me any information on it. The bed was fairly uncomfortable and didn’t even have a fitted sheet. Instead they used a flat sheet as the bottom sheet so any time you untuck the covers it would come untucked. The shower took eons to get hot.
