It was short and sweet!

Liked: We loved the location & the staff was really nice & accommodating!

Needs better customer service communication...

Liked: Location & beautiful rooms
Disliked: Custom service could be better ! It took forever to get someone’s attention in person and by phone

Amazing stay, highly recommend.

Liked: Massive hotel with a great hall, nice room and amazing views. The breakfast was delicious and the 360 bar is awesome. The location is of course the best.

Liked: It's a beautiful place. Love the location, the inside of the hotel was very lovely. Rooms were nice and we couldn't hear people downstairs in the lounge area. The view was beautiful from the balcony. .
Disliked: Pillows. They were so flat. No support at all.

Liked: Absolutely disliked NOTHING! Even the accessibility to get there was a breeze! Staff was super caring. Can’t complain about anything. Loved it! Everything about it was perfect for us. I’d definitely recommend it to everyone.
