Nice staff and good location

Liked: The staff was welcoming and helpful. The hotel's location is great and good value for the money. The room was big, and the view was great. It was generally clean.
Disliked: US's overall hotel quality.

Liked: Play the location, the view and the giant outside decks if you have a suite
Disliked: Met one of the maintenance employees was stalking me always out front of my door always making noises acting strange and then I believe he set the fire alarm off and had the whole building evacuated because it happened right outside of my door where he was hovering they said that they caught the guy or seen the guy on tape who did it But I believe it had something to do with that stalker who was dressed in a Hyatt uniform as a maintenance worker if it was not for him, I would’ve gave them five stars for everything because I am a regular there and it is my favorite hotel

Liked: Room was clean and spacious. Nice location near bay bridge and pier area.
Disliked: The whole reason for this trip was to see the New Year’s fireworks, but it was a complete failure. I booked a room with a balcony and a bay view, expecting to watch the fireworks from there. Instead, I had to put up with all the noise from a nearby pub or club. When midnight came, I realized the fireworks were completely blocked by a building, and all I could hear were the sounds of explosions.
