Liked: I like how the staff took any concerns seriously. very friendly and professional at all times.
Disliked: The hidden fees for each night. The food in the market was not worth the price, bad food at a high cost. The microwaves were absolutely disgusting. Microwaves are not in the rooms, they are downstairs in the lobby. The same nasty food was still in it from the day before. The kitchen and bar had great food. It was separate from the market but still a part of the hotel.

Liked: The hotel could not host any guests due to a power failure. We had no notification of this and showed up and were told we could not come in. We had to find other accommodation on our own, no help from Hyatt.. We found some but at twice the cost.
