Liked: Great property. Service was outstanding on many levels. A young man at the front desk, Mason, stood out for exceptional service over several days. The concierge was also very helpful and the young lady in the coffee shop was fantastic. The valet team was also very helpful. They were hosting Duke as one of the final four teams and it did not impact their service levels at all. Overall, a really great experience. we will definitely stay there next time we are in San Antonio.
