I’m glad it was only...

Liked: Location friendly staff prompt valet
Disliked: Room was hot upon entering. AC worked but never got very cool, very yellow dim lighting. Not good for applying makeup or styling hair. Nothing available in refrigerator or snacks for purchase. No complimentary water bottles in room. Beds are hard and very uncomfortable. Very disappointing compared to three other less expensive hotels on riverwalk. Sunday breakfast buffet ends at 11:30. That’s too early on a Sunday.

Great location, comfortable and clean...

Liked: Ideal location right on the Riverwalk and very close to the Alamo.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: We stayed here for a girls trip, me and my sister in law. The hotel is close to all the attractions, right there on the Riverwalk. The hotel is clean, the staff was soooo friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be back again!
