Liked: The location was perfect. Everyone we met in the staff were extremely friendly and overly helpful. It made us feel welcomed and happy we chose this hotel.

Liked: The location was brilliant & beautiful. The room was great even though it was quite a walk to reach it
Disliked: There could’ve been a few little extras like dressing gowns & slippers & cotton buds and cotton wool pads in the bathroom

Disliked: Our room 672 faced the street which meant there were people still yelling down on the street at 2 in the morning. If all rooms facing the interior of the hotel are not reserved, why not put guests in those? It was an expensive night have to put up with the racket.
