Rooms were clean; valet personnel were extremely helpful. Excellent location; the hotel is beautiful!

It was okay. Not sure...
Liked: Loved it was accessible to plenty of things to do.
Disliked: Our night was interrupted as kids or young people were blasting music late hours of the night, fighting or arguing, being very inconsiderate of others. Went on for a while, was baffled that the hotel allowed this behavior.

Liked: The location was perfect! I especially loved our room. It was very clean and neat. I felt very comfortable sleeping in.

Disliked: Of the five elevators, only three were working spent at least 10 to 15 minutes waiting for an elevator. Every time I went to my room. At one point, there were no elevators and they had to open the us that elevator and allow us to go up and down. For whatever reason, the lady at the checkout counter was very snarky. She handed us our paperwork and never told us that we had a free drink or water or anything just kind of gave us. Our paperwork pointed us to the elevator and onto the next person. In the morning, there were no cups in the room for us to make our own coffee and when I called room service, they told me that it was too expensive to make a trip up to our room for just coffee and bagels that I would need to come downstairs and get it now this may sound like I’m not picking but I’m used to staying at high-end hotels like the Hilton and I have stated many of the Hyatt properties and when you pay this much money for a room, you expect the service to be at par with the location. It’s kind of like drinking a glass of cold milk and looking down and finding a fly it’s just a fly, but it still messes up the experience to me. Customer service is the reason I returned to properties. I don’t expect to be treated like a king, but I do expect to be respected For the amount of money that I’m leaving there, but the location otherwise and all the other service folks were just wonderful thank you
