Disliked: I was billed double and the manager couldn’t find the error or fix it, he suggested I contact my credit card company, I did and was refunded the over charge.

Disliked: Bathroom is not as expected. The size you barely can turn around, view was on just some roofs with AC unites on top lol. Not a great value of paying almost $400 for one night. The valley process is not professional for $57. I will post my experience shortly on google. Not happy for my stay with my family and was her Bday!

Liked: I have booked the reservation with parking, while check in, the receptionist charged again the parking charges. When I informed that I had a reservation with parking then he allowed. it's really annoying. What ever I noticed they didn't have a welcome smile on customer. Always looks like quite mode and not a friendly behavior.
Disliked: Comforter looks like so old, not comfortable at all.
