I'm very disappointed with the Hyatt.

Disliked: The Harlem Globetrotters were also staying at the Hyatt. They were running in the halls and slamming doors all night despite several calls to the front desk to ask them to interceed. We were hoping to have a lovely brunch on Monday - my friend ended up not staying the night due to the noise and I left at 9am Monday and no breakfast.

Disliked: no coffee in the room, no nothing, everything had to be paid for, even water.

Stay was strictly based on...

Disliked: Towels! Old. Frayed. Looked like a towel from grandmas or Motel 6. Not par for a $300 stay.
