I'm very disappointed with the Hyatt.

Disliked: The Harlem Globetrotters were also staying at the Hyatt. They were running in the halls and slamming doors all night despite several calls to the front desk to ask them to interceed. We were hoping to have a lovely brunch on Monday - my friend ended up not staying the night due to the noise and I left at 9am Monday and no breakfast.

Liked: I loved the room we received an upgrade on a higher floor which was nice the bed was super comfortable and room was clean. The lounge/bar was the best part. We were here for New Year’s Eve and everywhere was expensive to get into so it was nice that the hotel had a cute bar that was open until 1am. Bre the bartender was super sweet and the drinks were delicious. There were so many things to do within walking distance. Bars, restaurants etc. highly recommend to check out Sana’a Cafe best coffee and deserts just an 8 min walk in downtown Sacramento.
Disliked: Only thing was the room had a slight smell either smoke or maybe just that the room was a little old. Didn’t really bother me.
