I'm very disappointed with the Hyatt.

Disliked: The Harlem Globetrotters were also staying at the Hyatt. They were running in the halls and slamming doors all night despite several calls to the front desk to ask them to interceed. We were hoping to have a lovely brunch on Monday - my friend ended up not staying the night due to the noise and I left at 9am Monday and no breakfast.

Cozy stay in Saco

Liked: Nice location across from a park. Convenient self parking available. Lively bar area, efficient check in with friendly staff, very comfortable bed, giant TV made viewing from bed better than home.

Great for short stay downtown...

Disliked: No plug for coffee maker. No bsthrobes. No slippers. No breakfast Buffet. Covid was a great excuse for hotels to charge more and provide less. It’s not just Hyatt, it’s everywhere USA.
