Hotel room was great. Except coming back to hotel we were locked out and had to be buzzed in by hotel staff, which is stupid, and I was charged twice for my room, because staff can't or don't know how to do their job anymore.

Liked: Our state was from the beginning to the end one of the best days we had extra towels and we were treated like human beings we are people of color and they treated us exceptionally well. We didn't have any mistreatment or anything bad to say about the property and establishments of the business.
Disliked: Alcohol amount that I got at the bar. Everything else was perfect

Liked: The property was great! Room service absolutely sucked….after several attempts between 7 am and 10:10 am I made 4 unsuccessful attempts at room service because they never answered the phone and they also never responded to messages! I left the hotel starving!

Liked: I appreciated the speed to check in and out. Very efficient.
Disliked: There are a few things which I would suggest. The cold shower wasn't great. Also, there could be better provisions for soap than one mini bar which I had to use to shower. Lastly, no included breakfast is not great.
