Hotel room was great. Except coming back to hotel we were locked out and had to be buzzed in by hotel staff, which is stupid, and I was charged twice for my room, because staff can't or don't know how to do their job anymore.

Disliked: The people next to us were us were loud until 3am. My kids barely got any sleep. The breakfast was awful. All our food was cold, waitress was rude and was not sanitary. Hostess wiped the table off with his hands and then seated people there to eat. Paid $60 for garbage.

Awful Stay at Hyatt Rochester...

Disliked: We reserved an executive room on a high floor but ended up facing a wall with absolutely no view. The bathroom was below even a two-star hotel standard, to the point where we were forced to book an additional room at our own expense simply to have a decent place to wash our hair.The reception at check-in was cold, rushed, and extremely vague—so much so that they even charged us an extra night, which we've unsuccessfully attempted to get refunded.Room service was either non-existent or totally incompetent. The room safe was broken upon arrival and remained that way for four days; no one managed to fix it or even offered a replacement. TV channels were limited to local broadcasts only.Overall, the entire property feels severely neglected, and service was absolutely unacceptable for the Hyatt brand.

Liked: It was conveniently located for using the surrounding transportation facilities. The facilities were comfortable and satisfactory. The location was satisfactory for the purpose of the trip.
