Hotel room was great. Except coming back to hotel we were locked out and had to be buzzed in by hotel staff, which is stupid, and I was charged twice for my room, because staff can't or don't know how to do their job anymore.

Liked: Staff was friendly and helpful. It was convenient to the Blue Cross Arena.
Disliked: The floors in our room were filthy. My husband got in the shower and noticed black water. It was not his feet. We took a wash cloth to the floor, and they were literally black. There were small holes in the sheets, and the furniture had dried spills on them. The hair dryer was also filthy with dried goop all over it.

Liked: Very nice hotel! Rooms were comfortable and clean. The bar area downstairs was very nice and convenient.
Disliked: It was a little noisy at night. We kept hearing loud noises from above us (almost like furniture being moved or heavy objects being dropped), and the a/c unit was a bit loud. It was a little stuffy in the room, so we turned it on to cool the air. At the end of each cycle, it made this very loud noise.

Disliked: The people next to us were us were loud until 3am. My kids barely got any sleep. The breakfast was awful. All our food was cold, waitress was rude and was not sanitary. Hostess wiped the table off with his hands and then seated people there to eat. Paid $60 for garbage.
