Just about a perfect stay

Liked: perfect quiet room with lounge chair and nice view; clean; enjoy the design of hotel; pool is just fine. The TV is well placed in room and easy to use
Disliked: The door to the swimming pool doesn't work right. We had to ask for assistance from the front desk to enter the pool areaNeed to fix those doors--

Liked: The location
Disliked: The key didn’t work for the pool room. When I got to the room the beds only had sheets on them. When they brought up the blankets and the comforters they jut sat them on the one bed and never made the beds. They did give us free breakfast. But what hotel doesn’t make the beds for 260.00 a night.

Liked: The property had different areas to enjoy.
Disliked: Nothing was explained right, my booking came with breakfast but never got explain to me in where it was going to be located.

Wish the service was better..

Liked: Nice lobby/restaurant area.
Disliked: Room was dark with very little natural light. We waited over 20 minutes for a host to seat us for dinner. Service was slow. Tried multiple times to reach front desk from my room but phone just rang with no answer. I would have added an extra night if they would have answered (so we wouldn't have the hassle of packing) but got frustrated and decided to book elsewhere instead.
