Liked: The Bar and the Food were great, clean and the Bartender was so exceptional!
Disliked: In my room, the refrigerator was terrible. It was warm, so my drinks wouldn't get cold. We called for maintenance, and to my understanding, that is the proper setting for the fridge. I was disappointed. If you don't have a microwave for the food, you could at least invest in decent refrigerators to keep my drinks cold.

Mixed review. Too expensive for...

Liked: Very clean, and extremely large and comfortable room. The bed was very comfortable and provided an excellent night of rest. The towels were very soft and absorbent. When I couldn't sleep due to the noise from the bar and restaurant, the front desk delivered ear plugs that muffled the sound.
Disliked: The room had a window on the central area of the hotel so the noise from the restaurant and bar was very loud and disturbing in the room until midnight when the bar closed. They canceled room service "due to COVID concerns," though no one was wearing masks. The food and beverage prices were very high, and the high prices were for the entree item alone (without sides.) The "take and go" Cafe prices were also very high. The staff throughout the hotel seemed tired, overworked and edgy. Very dark parking lot with a rather long walk from my car to the front door; it made me feel vulnerable as a single woman traveling alone.

Liked: Good Location,
Disliked: no room service delivery for Breakfast and hotel Staff obtained my Bank Card information and charged me Fraudulently. In addition, they terminated a valid, reservation that was PAID IN FULL.

Liked: The hotel is wonderful, clean, with every facility. Even the location is good since it allows you to go by bus to the university campus.
