Liked: Beds were comfy, rooms were clean, food was good
Disliked: This was a staycation for my family of 3. We came to enjoy some creature comforts and mostly the pool for my child. 1. We showed up at 3pm and sat up the lobby until our room was ready at 4:302. We paid $500 for a suite - both in room phones didn't work. The main TV needed to be serviced to work. 3. No room service 4. Went down to use the pool around 6pm and two people, who stunk of weed, rented one room and let a whole group of friends and family come in for a birthday party. Hotel did nothing. My little one had to wait until 9pm to swim. 5. 4 bottles of complimentary water for a $500 Suite. You had to buy everything. It's a Suite! We paid extra for an experience for our child. In the end we paid a lot for just some extra space.

Liked: I liked the grab and go for breakfast items.

Very good

Liked: The hotel is in a great location, the interior is beautiful, and everything was very clean. However, in the morning I was woken up by the voices of the guests upstairs — it felt as if they were in our room. Unfortunately, the soundproofing is very poor, which made our stay less comfortable. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Exceptional

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room, pool, restaurant, and courtyard are probably the nicest I've ever experienced. They also have a comedy club I unfortunately did not make it to. I'll definitely make a show next time as I definitely plan on returning.
Disliked: The only thing I can say here is I did not get a complimentary breakfast. But with all the other sites and amenities I'm fine with that personally.

Liked: Staff were exceptionally efficient and friendly. Comfy bed with good pillows.
Disliked: The window in my room opened onto an interior atrium, so I had to keep the drapes closed at all times. The atrium was rather noisy in the late evening when I was trying to fall asleep. The air felt a little recycled.
