The staff was friendly from the front desk to the staff you pass in the halls. Definitely will use the Hyatt Regency if we return back to the area again. Great location when attending concerts at the First Niagara Pavilion.

Liked: Very nice and comfortable. Check-out at 12:00 noon - great when you attend a concert the night before.
Disliked: No continental breakfast; as for room service, breakfast was a little pricy and not as filling.

The hotel is very nice and well-kept. The staff was excellent. The food was delicious, but a bit expensive. The biggest drawback was the daily $13 fee for parking and the location is a bit awkward in terms of getting to the hotel after a long drive. The fact that there is nothing in terms of other restaurants in the vicinity can make dining a bit expensive.

Liked: The billing they charged my account three times for the same room. For one night. One charge is still in pending a week later

A nice place to stay.

Liked: Location could not have been better; directly connected to the airport. However some walking is required and it’s easier to have a rolling suitcase. Staff was accommodating and helpful on everything. Room was nicely done and clean.
Disliked: Food is pricey. For the amenities that this hotel has, they should have a free breakfast instead of making people pay for one that’s standard buffet style.

Disliked: No free parking for hotel guests and the hotel housekeepers started cleaning the hallway outside my room #614 at 4:30am. I was awakened due to the noise.Pennsylvania taxes are outrageous

Liked: Everything! It makes traveling easier for early flights! Once you check in you never have to go outside again, just walk to catch your flight!
Disliked: Nothung!

The stay was good and...

Liked: I liked that it was easy access to the terminals. I thought it was really difficult getting to the parking area though.
Disliked: Again, I just thought it was really difficult getting to the parking area. There’s a lot of construction going on so not easy. I also don’t understand why they hit my card for an extra $176 so I will be calling.
