We enjoyed the fact that we could park near the hotel and walk to and from the venue. The lobby area of the hotel was very nice. The room, however, was disappointing. For $149+ one would not expect broken furniture i.e missing trim on TV console with nails sticking out; ripped fabric on platform of bed; low water pressure in bathroom, and the shower curtain needed to be replaced - worn, thin. Also, breakfast in the cafe was $42 for two people - eggs, bacon, toast, and coffee?

Liked: Walking distance to Comerica Theatre.
Disliked: Room in poor repair - needs to be updated.

Nice room; comfortable beds; quiet room; close to Chase Field and just perfect all around.

Disliked: Too pricey on the valet parking.

Liked: Nice marketplace downstairs for light meals and snacks. I used it to pick up breakfast each day
Disliked: Minor - no art, rooms very bland but nice and clean

Liked: Close to convention center. The engineering staff was exceptional. They replaced my TV and room lights in 45 minutes.
Disliked: My room was very dark. So dark I could not read with the bedside lamp. When the engineer came up to fix the TV he said your lights are bad and then he replaced them. I could read!

Wonderful time attending QuiltCon conference...

Liked: Traveled to Phoenix to attend a conference at the Convention Center downtown. The location was so convenient and a car rental was not necessary. Many dining choices within easy walking distance.
