We enjoyed the fact that we could park near the hotel and walk to and from the venue. The lobby area of the hotel was very nice. The room, however, was disappointing. For $149+ one would not expect broken furniture i.e missing trim on TV console with nails sticking out; ripped fabric on platform of bed; low water pressure in bathroom, and the shower curtain needed to be replaced - worn, thin. Also, breakfast in the cafe was $42 for two people - eggs, bacon, toast, and coffee?
Liked: Walking distance to Comerica Theatre.
Disliked: Room in poor repair - needs to be updated.

Nice room; comfortable beds; quiet room; close to Chase Field and just perfect all around.
Disliked: Too pricey on the valet parking.

Nice and peaceful
Liked: Close to everything we needed
Disliked: The pool can use more chairs. No place to sit.The breakfast included was great though very confusing on what items were included. Need to make it very simple for the guest staying there as the market has a variety of food. We found many times what we ordered was not in the included price

NEVER Again
Liked: I liked the market in the bottom of the hotel.
Disliked: The hotel felt stacked and cramped. The rooms are small and the hallways have low ceilings. The rooms are cheap for a Hyatt Regency hotel. It is a conference hotel so we did not matter by comparison and at 6:00 we were still listening to the speaker on podiatry IN OUR ROOM on the 8th floor (5 floors away). The window view was a wall. The hotel bar was overcrowded with conference people avoiding their conference, loud, and unable to leave “work.” But the best of the worst was that occasionally an airplane would fly overhead. I have stayed in many a Hyatt Regency. If this is the new standard, no thanks.

Superb
Disliked: Had to buy my own coffee and breakfast....and the parking garage had no security or attendant.
