Hyatt Regency Phoenix, Phoenix

We enjoyed the fact that we could park near the hotel and walk to and from the venue. The lobby area of the hotel was very nice. The room, however, was disappointing. For $149+ one would not expect broken furniture i.e missing trim on TV console with nails sticking out; ripped fabric on platform of bed; low water pressure in bathroom, and the shower curtain needed to be replaced - worn, thin. Also, breakfast in the cafe was $42 for two people - eggs, bacon, toast, and coffee?

Liked: Walking distance to Comerica Theatre.
Disliked: Room in poor repair - needs to be updated.

Nice room; comfortable beds; quiet room; close to Chase Field and just perfect all around.

Disliked: Too pricey on the valet parking.

Comfortable, loved the little bistro

Liked: One of the valets made everything so amazing his name was Rick. He went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and safe and cared for.
Disliked: Sometimes the hot water would not feel very warm when showering

Disappointed

Liked: Gave me a good reason to stop using booking.com. Disappointed with their dishonesty
Disliked: Be transparent and ethical

Liked: Clean, convenient location to all events
Disliked: Creme burle at resturant at top of the building.

Liked: We did not have breakfast at the hotel. We actually ate at our favorite breakfast restaurant in downtown Phoenix

Disliked: It took a min to get my money back after over charging us and we talked to someone on the 1st night about it almost a week later to get the money back and the room AC wasn't working.
