All in all very good

Liked: Very clean, great pool area and for us a perfect location
Disliked: Would have been nice to be able to buy a coffee for more of the day. What there was, was closed more often than not while we were there.

Liked: Ok. Standard variety buffet breakfast. That's the way it is everywhere!!
Disliked: No energy/activity/atmosphere in the place. Bar a bit B Grade offering. Poor customer attendances.

Not the best stay

Liked: Unable to get any food service apart from 2 remade dried egg sandwiches. This was at 2pm after check in. Escalators at the back of loby not working so we had to climb the stairs which was very difficult for me. There is also a distinct lack of staff. Luckily we only stayed 1 night.

Liked: My husband and I celebrated our 11 year anniversary at the Residence on Langley Park and we couldn’t fault our stay. Yes the accommodation is a bit outdated but the staff were amazing the facilities were beautiful, the view outstanding and the room and hotel were clean and over all it was a great experience even received a bottle of wine and chocolate and a lovely card from the staff wishing us a happy anniversary. Every day we stayed we would leave and come back to a clean room and fresh towels. We will be definitely staying again.

Liked: I like the room size and bathroom tub, the pool and sauna although I didn't get a chance to use it.
Disliked: There's no view where I booked for river view when I made the booking. Sometimes there's a wait at the reception area as there was only one person attending customers.

Central, free bus outside, lovely...

Liked: This is at the eastern end of cbd. Didn’t need a car, free buses exploring Perth outside and walks along river. Not a great deal of dining close by, but a good IGA and bottle shop on site. Cafe open for breakfast and takeaway sandwiches/coffee till 10.30 am. Breakfast was varied and extensive, if a little pricey. Cheaper rooms are a long way from the lifts, so you get fit. Great pool, so stay 2 nights if you can to enjoy that. Would recommend as long as you don’t mind a little trek to meals. It’s quieter than staying right in centre. Beautiful decor and comfy clean rooms. Lots of artwork. Good concierge who helped with bus info.
