Disliked: We asked for early checkin way ahead of time when we booked months prior. They could only accommodate early check in if we paid extra for the room! We errr staying on the hotel for 4 nights BUT had to switch our room after 2 days to another room. Very inconvenient after already unpacking! Hotel staff not understanding and basically this hotel is in it for the money and not customer satisfaction!

Liked: -The Check-In Staff at reception are welcoming and polite and smiled -The Breakfast had a variety of dishes for family-It is a Hyatt hotel so American amenities and facilities are the same as other Hyatt hotels around the world- everyone can speak English and understand the Western culture towards travellers
Disliked: -The Concierge staff are poorly trained to smile or double check when requests are being made. They are not across with each other and very scatty. We forgot an item and kept getting inconsistent information as to where the item was left. Perhaps it was the culture but some of the Concierge and bell boy staff are rude.

I was pleasantly surprised that...

Liked: I loved having breakfast with a view of the Eiffel Tower at the Executive Lounge on the 34th floor. Our room on the 33rd floor meant we only had to climb one flight of stairs to get to the Lounge everyday. The room we stayed in was very modern, seems newly renovated, also with a lovely view. The hotel did not scrimp on the amenities. They gave us four free bottles of Evian daily. Wifi was consistently strong. Restaurants were at walking distance. Staff were friendly.
Disliked: The room could have been bigger. I asked the front desk if they have bigger rooms but he said all their rooms are the same size. I think about 22 to 24 sqm.
