It was very disgusting, and...

Disliked: When we arrived they put us in a room that had a very bad smell . So I told them so they move us to another room . But it was worse because the room has bugs . I don’t the kind of bugs they some of them were so little, that you can hardly see them. But a whole bunch I took a video and I showed it to them. They told me they were going to change us the next day , but they never did . So I call them and ask when ? They told me they were completely sold out, and the only thing they can do was to clean the room . So one guy came to clean with some sprays and in the bathroom and remove all the bugs . Also I don’t think they change the filters, because the room was very dusty, my husband and I got so congested. . It was not pleasant at all. Specially the bugs situation

Liked: Bus to and from Disneyland. Nice Lobby,good breakfast. Close to Disneyland. Quick and easy check in and checkout. We checked in 3 hours earlier than check in time and didn’t have to wait to get our room.
Disliked: Charged $30 per day for parking. The bathroom needs renovations. The staff didn’t have much info on Disneyland or other attractions.
