Disliked: Toilet in our room was blocked the day we arrived, spoke to staff wasn't fixed overflowed the next morning, still wasn't moved, thought because I had booked 4 rooms that they would have helped me out ! After 3 days of no flushing toilet , plus I had a broken arm to deal with , I was given a $100 dollar refund! What a slap in the face.Also the rooms that I paid more for on your website in the new wing of the hotel I didn't receive. All 4 rooms were in the old part of the hotel, with old bathrooms too obviously.Not Impressed , service was appauling, could not care less.

Liked: Beautiful hotel, clean, comfortable, great location.

Disappointing

Disliked: This is definitely not a 4-star hotel. Overall, it was a slightly disappointing experience. At 10 PM, I could hear the sound of the TV from the room next door. On top of that, the view was blocked by a building, leaving the room quite dark. I would probably not stay here again.
