Liked: I like how you are trying to make profit over customer health. Motivating people to drink more water is how you should do by providing complimentary bottle water in the room, not by charging money and only free for elite member. Terrible!
Disliked: Water bottle complimentary is somewhat a standard for 3+ stars hotel. And this hotel only offer water bottle for elite member only??! Are you kidding me? This is just a bottle of water cost no more than a few cents and you're trying to charge it on customer which is ridiculous. Never again Hyatt, good luck for being "nice" to customer and people health. I live in north CA and been south many times, booking Hyatt at least 3-5 times in thel ast 16 years and this time, Hyatt Anaheim just surprise me with water bottle comlimentary for "elite member only" :). Good luck!

Nice, I'd come back again

Liked: The decor and furnishings of the room and hotel had been updated, although the structure is showing it's age a bit. For the price though, not totally unexpected.
Disliked: It's a little tricky when your room faces the lobby, because it never gets completely dark at night. Also, the room was by the elevators which can be a bit loud at various times of the evening.
