Liked: The property looks beautiful, but service was not good.
Disliked: I booked online through a 3rd party app using Apple Pay. Once arrived they told me the room was not paid for and that I had to use the card I booked with. I told them I only had a virtual card, so they denied me service. Which is fine but then proceeded to charge the same virtual card they would not accept as a cancellation fee when they were the ones who denied me service!! They also never responded to my email or the 3rd party email which was sent the SAME NIGHT! And attempted to charge my card $400. Very unprofessional and inhumane.

Liked: The location was amazing. Walking distance to many restaurants.
Disliked: The staff was horrible and rude. Elevators were down. One staff member yelled at us for not having towels for the pool basically saying there aren't anymore and there may not be anymore until the morning.
