Liked: The location was good. We chose the hotel over the Westin and Madison Hotel based on price and cancellation policy.Coming from Florida just after Hurricane Milton we were unsure until the day before if we would be able to make the trip. Service was very good.

Not what we expected.

Liked: The hotel lobby was very nice, with lots of seating and the ambiance was refreshing. Nice sized room.
Disliked: The elevators felt old - the ride was rough and they kept going out of order. We were stuck on the 15th floor for 10 minutes, which caused us to be late for a conference. Additionally, the bathroom shower walls had hair on them (not ours) and every towel had hair or lint from the uncleaned shelf on them as well. The bed had some sort of ladybug shell on it. Not a great experience for the money we spent. Not enough room in the bathroom. No cups. No microwave.
