Worst hotel experience in my...

Liked: I didn’t get to explore the property.
Disliked: The room had no water for hours. This was the worst hotel experience in my life. The staff had no courtesy to apologize for inconvenience. Finally, I had to check out within hours of checkin. However, the hotel has promised a full refund. My whole vacation was ruined. I should get more than just a refund for a stay that never happened.

Amazing, top place to stay...

Liked: The location and spacious room
Disliked: Just that our door was left open after room service was done. I found out it was left open after we arrived back at the hotel. I notified the front desk and they alerted the cleaning crew

Hyatt has the resources to...

Liked: The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The layout of the property was nice. The pickleball courts were great. The lobby with fireplace was cozy.
Disliked: The guest room hallways and especially stairways had an awful smell. The rooms were fairly comfortable, but it just didn’t have the traditional Hyatt feeling. It was really tacky to charge guests for parking. I could understand if the property was downtown where space is tight, but this is a sprawling compound with abundant space.
