The fire system works great and the staff was very helpful.

Disliked: Refrigerator was not cold - almost warm.

Loved the room - the fire area was a very comfortable space. Staff were excellent, and not just one individual - every interaction we had was pleasant. One of the desk workers in the lobby even let me print off the tickets I forgot from her own computer! Kudos to all the staff.

Liked: Staff, rooms, lobby. Wish I could have stayed longer.
Disliked: Restaurant was overpriced for the minuscule portion I received.

Liked: Absolutely loved the aesthetic. It's beautiful & huge & we felt like we were truly being spoiled the entire night we stayed.
Disliked: Nothing to take away here!! Pricing made sense, we understood it being more chaotic with back to back games going on, a concert & Caitlin Clark all being there in one weekend. Only negative was that our room wasn't ready for us when we arrived hours after our check in - NO COMPLAINTS THO & STILL A HIGH SCORING due to the front desk being accommodating & taking care of us regardless.

Disliked: Pizza from previous occupancy left in fridge.Mystery charges on bill which still have not been resolved.No sauna.

Disliked: We had large Nats flying around in the room.They were even in the Bathroom and flew in our coffee. It was difficult sleeping thru the night.
