The fire system works great and the staff was very helpful.

Disliked: Refrigerator was not cold - almost warm.

Loved the room - the fire area was a very comfortable space. Staff were excellent, and not just one individual - every interaction we had was pleasant. One of the desk workers in the lobby even let me print off the tickets I forgot from her own computer! Kudos to all the staff.

Disliked: Restaurant was overpriced for the minuscule portion I received.

Great stay with convenient location....

Liked: Property was conveniently located near a lot of landmarks and tourist attractions. The room was clean and borderline luxurious with a great city view. Hotel restaurant had delicious food and a good menu selection.
Disliked: Only inconvenience was expensive parking.

Very good

Liked: The room was quiet. The layout of the 2-Queen beds was fine. One breakfast was very good, one was not... just OK, overdone eggs. Staff at breakfast was good.
Disliked: Shower was a little weak, but bathroom was fine and clean. The beds were of good quality, but generally too soft (personal preference). Room was a bit dark (poor lighting), and it could use more storage for clothes (only 2 drawers and small closet.
