Esta vez fue sobre la Zona de Polanco, donde se encuentra el hotel.They booked a transfer to the wrong airport. Reservaron in translator al Aeropuerto equivocado. Todos los Aeropuertos tienan Nombres muy diferentes.There is no piano in the hotel which for a hotel this size is unusual. No hay piano en el hotel.

Liked: Staff were very friendly and available at all times if needed. We had a room on a higher floor with a great view of the park and city beyond. The location of this hotel was perfect and nestled into the great Polanco neighborhood. It was very easy to get around and navigate the city plus very close to some museums.
