Liked: Location was central, but noisy.Breakfast was good but coffee was cold.Rooms were clean, but the rooms on the traffic side were too noisy.
Disliked: I asked for a quiet room but I was offered a very noisy room. The room was not sound proof and had loud traffic noise especially at night. I could not sleep till 3am the first night. I told the staff and the manager about the problem next day and they changed me into a different room, which was also very noisy. Then on the third day, they moved me into a low floor room next to a wall, which was quieter. I should have been moved to that room on day 2. This led to two sleepless nights. For the cost, and for a 5-star hotel, it is terrible that the rooms are not noise-proof and they could not move me to a less noisy room even after my repeated requests for 2 days.
