What a great hotel - staff was friendly and rooms were very nice. Food was a good value and great taste. We would go back and stay when down in the city.

Liked: We will return to McCormick Place. We had an excellent view of downtown and the lake from our room. The staff were friendly and helpful. The 24 hour bus pass made it very convenient to go to all the sights.
Disliked: It would be nice to have a bar with live music on the location.

Everything was great with my stay in the hotel. The staff was great with the reservations, with all the accommodations. The front desk was very hospitable. The room was very, very nice and had a great lake view. Room service was excellent - I will stay there again and again. Thanks to all of the staff for making us feel comfortable.

Disliked: No restaurants on-site open for hot menu and not enough gluten-free options. Parking price high in the hotel for self parking.

Liked: Comfy mattress and pillow. Clean. Friendly staff. City view.
Disliked: Needs comprehensive update of interior. Everything was old. High floor rooms are leaning to the east. Shower pressure was bad and excessively noisy.
