I love the hotel

Liked: the location and how clean it is
Disliked: I didn't like that one day the drinking water pipe broke and I didn't have water. It was very stressful not being able to take a bath after being at the beach all day or using the bathroom.

Beautiful beachfront stay

Liked: It was beautiful. All the amenities are very good. Additional attractions like the swan pond and the penguins were nice too. Staff were very helpful. The room was clean.
Disliked: No complaints

Beautiful place, but constant charges

Liked: Nice resort in a nice place. Clean and spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Good joice of sandy beaches in walking distance and pools around the resort.
Disliked: It's pricy to start with (750usd/night), which would be okay when you know upfront. But, than there is a series of additional charges coming on top despite the resort fee you have to pay. Breakfast is not of great quality and for a family of 4, it cost us 160usd/day. Apart of the buffett fee at breakfast you had to pay for each coffee separately on top (coffee was bad). Additional charges give you the feeling of being constantly ripped off.

Liked: Excellent service,staff, comfort of bedding and overall amenities like beach chairs. It was nice there is no other hotel on one side so it’s a bit quieter in the area
Disliked: A bit of elevator noise, guests smoking and road traffic
