Friendly staff, let down by...

Liked: Location was good
Disliked: Lack of dining and bar facilities. No proper restraunt. Selection of food was very poor.

Disappointing

Liked: Convenient location to the convention center
Disliked: Rude staff- complete lack of know customer service at the front and understaffed on the floor. My room was cleaned once in 6 days! We had to chase down clean towels. Wayyyyy to expensive for terrible service and an average room
