Disliked: Terribly rude staff at the reception desk. No breakfast. It's a very old hotel with dirty carpets. I was surprised that the hotel had a Hyatt Regency brand.

Disliked: All staff at the hotel reception desk, except for Jeremy, were incredibly rude. Extending my stay for two days was the biggest mistake I made. I had to wait an entire day to change my room from one to another. They kept me waiting the whole day and eventually asked for a late checkout fee. This was a real joke. The hotel needs to replace all the reception staff. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone with a family. Additionally, the hotel did not offer any breakfast. For a place like this, it was truly disappointing.
