Fantastic location for ABBA Voyage and exploring East London. Would definitely come again.
Liked: Spotlessly clean; very spacious; quality furniture and finishes.
Disliked: Pillows too soft. Would benefit from a lower tog duvet.

This hotel was located perfectly for the purpose of our visit; concert at Abba Arena. On arrival we were greeted by excellent friendly 'concierge' staff and directed to reception on third floor. After a wait for our room to become available, we were allocated one on the 6th floor. We were met by what I would describe as a stink from smelly shoes, socks and shin pads, along with hockey sticks all along the corridor. As well being unpleasant, these constituted trip hazards. Room was simple with clean lines; a minimalist style that we like. Bathroom was great with a really good shower and powerful fan to prevent steaming up. Bed was very comfortable and king size. Bar staff were very friendly although process for ordering was a little haphazard. There was a nice outdoor terrace attached to the bar. There was a policy of not allowing consumption of externally bought products on the terrace. This is unsurprising, but the policy was inconsistently applied. When I tried to enjoy an iced coffee from Starbucks along with a cup cake in order to celebrate my birthday, I was advised in a curt manner that I’d have to retreat to my bedroom for that purpose. This was disappointing as I’d been alerted to having my snack. The terrace as a family were enjoying a Starbucks the previous morning with no adverse impact. Consistency is key. Everyone must be treated fairly.Final point is about checkout. I was told ‘everything is done’, card authorisations complete and I’d had no opportunity to check the bills first. There were discrepancies when I finally got printed copies, as it happens. I was also unhappy about the Hyatt loyalty points application. Not credited when using a ‘booking engine’ apparently. So, in summary, the choice pay more and get some points by going direct through Hyatt or pay less but get no loyalty points when using a booking engine. This policy is broken if you ask me.
Liked: Location; ground floor staff; room.
Disliked: Lack of loyalty points; inconsistent application of policy; checkout process; smelly and dangerous corridors.

Hotel great spot and easy parking in Westfield Centre. Also very close to DLR. Bar food was poor - cold and wrong order. Breakfast wasn't much better but hotel was very busy so maybe give them a little credit. Bar and breakfast close promptly with lights on, doors closed exactly on time. Certainly not relaxing or pleasant.
Liked: Hotel location; room.
Disliked: Food.

Amazing. Always stay here when...
Liked: Loved the location, perfect for shopping and easy access to the tube. Breakfast easily accessible even if you don't get it at the hotel. Mall is right outside your door

Stylish and quiet hote
Liked: The location of the hotel is perfect for us visiting our family. A very clean hotel and our room was perfect, spacious, clean and quiet, the bed was incredibly comfy.

Good location, poor service
Liked: Nice room, spotless. At check in they more or less accused me of lying about paying even though I showed my bank statement and booking.come receipt. They then took £50 deposit which also was not stipulated on the booking conditions. The room service was awful £37 for 2 raw uncooked paninis and 200ml bottles of coke- daylight robbery and charged £5 to bring it up?! Although it was a lovely hotel I would not stay again as the customer service was poor.

Perfect location for ABBAvoyager trip
Liked: The location was brilliant. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet. We had rooms next to each other. Breakfast was great a wide selection of hot and cold food. The quality of the food was excellent. We would use a the hotel again

We came from the north...
Liked: The hotel was immaculate and perfectly situated for everything we needed, the staff were so friendly and accommodating.

apart from the one staff...
Liked: nice modern and clean
Disliked: the staff i think she was the manager of the cleaners was very rude but the actual cleaner was very polite. the manager was very very rude didn’t like her she told me to “get out”of my hotel room rudely so the cleaning can be done. i was going to get out either way for the cleaner

Liked: Very accommodating reception staff. Polite and thorough. Room very pleasant - spacious and well equipped. Lovely big bath sheets and crisp fresh linen on the bed. Attentive bar staff. Great breakfast selection. Enjoyable stay, and excellent location for our needs
