Hyatt Regency London Blackfriars is a Grade II listed hotel resided on the former grounds of King Henry VIII's Bridewell Palace that was built around 1515 as his short term residence. Great hotel with clean facilities...

Liked: It looked nice, clean interior and multiple lifts so no delay when going between the room and the lobby.
Disliked: There was quite a lot of roadworks/building works in front of the property. One of the lifts also didn’t display correctly when going to the 7th floor (the buttons usually light up but for one lift, the light didn’t come on so wasn’t initially sure it was working, the lift worked fine though, far from “complaint worthy”. The place was great.

Could be amazing with a...

Liked: Nice big room, with a great comfy bed. Flawlessly clean and good amenities.
Disliked: The shower never went hotter than tepid, and breakfast was disappointing and not value for money.

Liked: The crew was amazing, really helpful, welcoming and such an amazing team.I’d like to highlight David and Ruqiya, it was very lovely meeting them.
Disliked: We weren’t able to open the window inside the room and we almost suffocated there
