Superb

Liked: Great view if You take a riverside view room. Convenient location. Rooms are comfortable.
Disliked: The room service would appear rather early (around 08:00) every morning, which is not desirable when You are on holiday and still in bed.

Quality, comfort, riverside view hotel...

Liked: The view from the bedroom window is truly stunning; overlooking across the Thames to the Westminster Houses of Parliament. The view is at its highest delight in the evening with the colourful display illuminating the landscape.
Disliked: The temperature of the water in the bath could Be slightly hotter. Some spare pillows in the room, other than that, such a very nice hotel.

Liked: Everything was to my expectation, It is just a shame I was on lower floor, the aim of going at this specific the Regency was for the view by the river and its surrounding.Having said that, I must say It was all well and good regardless. Thank you

Passable

Liked: The toilet was the BEST! Awesome shower! The concierge was very nice.
Disliked: The fire alarm going off at 1130 pm. Having to walk down 11 flights of stairs. Then it being a false alarm and having to walk back up 11 flights of stairs because the elevator couldn't be used still. Then getting back to the room only to have it go off again.Couldn't watch anything on TV without paying or trying to cast from your phone.Bed was hard as a rock.Paid a lot of money for a mediocre room.
