Disliked: A little pricier than I wanted to pay but for the convenience of location to Central Bank Center, I was ok to pay it

Liked: The location was perfect for visiting UK.
Disliked: The rooms smelled badly, the carpets were disgusting in the room, the staff was very unfriendly, and didn't like the idea of helping guests. This is a BIG disappointment and Suprise as I expect more from a Hyatt.

Good overall stay, parking situation...

Liked: It was clean and the staff were friendly/helpful.
Disliked: Facility did need updating/basic maintenance overall, but was clean. Parking was not convenient unless you wanted to pay for valet services, not enough space to park in front just for check in either which made things difficult carrying your luggage from parking lot, a couple of blocks away, multiple trips, without ability to use cart.
