Disliked: Our room was lil outdated.. s cuff marks all along baseboards and bathroom toilet was not the cleanest. Also, the window had water all around casing.

Terrible customer service and changed...

Liked: Close to Rupp Arena and comfy bed.
Disliked: Reserved room with 2 queens and they have my family of 4 a king because I booked through a third party. I called twice the days prior to trip that we would be a late arrival. The front desk never told me they changed us to a king until after we walked up to the room. When we walked back she said the hotel is full and it was because of the third party booking. I asked for a cot and she called for housekeeping. We went to the room and I had to go back down and she said they were gone for the day. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Finally got a cot but only came with sheets and the room is freezing. Front desk finally took a cot up but after a long day it’s ridiculous how rude they were. Plus ridiculous that they expected a family of 4 to adjust to a king when I specified on my booking we had four people!!! TERRIBLE!!

Disliked: 1.The Air conditioner in the room was not working2.Restaurant on the first floor. We planned to have a nice dinner with lounge atmosphere but food looks like cooked 2 days and no pro. Hayat in this place a little disappointed.
