The customer service was excellent. The room was extremely comfortable. The bar area was amazing. This hotel was awesome. We did not want to leave!

Liked: Location. Facility was clean and good.
Disliked: For a 4 star hotel they don't have basic water bottles in the room, they charge $5 for delivery of food when you order room service and when you ask for something from the front desk it takes forever to come to the room after repeated reminders to the staff.

My stay was amazing, well...

Liked: The hotel itself is really great! I am sad I was only there for a night as I just needed a place to sleep, shower and lounge a bit as it was the closest to the UCSD Jacobs hospital. I enjoy how beautiful the hotel is and the rooms were clean!
Disliked: I didn't like how you have to pay extra for parking. I also didn't appreciate the valet staff as they were a little rude. As someone that is not familiar with the area or been at that hotel of course I have questions regarding parking and how to get around, however, one seemed annoyed. I was able to park outside in the street and the walk wasn't any different than inside the parking structure. Other than that, everyone else was amazing.
