The customer service was excellent. The room was extremely comfortable. The bar area was amazing. This hotel was awesome. We did not want to leave!

Stay was ok but the...

Liked: property was clean and easy to access from free way. staff was wonderful.
Disliked: we wanted to stay and enjoy the pool but it was shutdown for unexpected reasons and was assured that it will open next morning but it was still shutdown and we did not see anyone working to fix the pool. Even the hot tub was too dirty and no one could use it at all.
