Liked: Staff were great. Room was lovely and the gym was good too.
Disliked: Building work started at 7am!!! Black slime coming up from the bath plug

Liked: The location and view. Third time here.
Disliked: They were doing renovations but I was not awareOf it until I arrived. The room I wanted was part of the renovation, so we were put in a different room. I would have preferred the walkout, but the panoramic windows was a close compromise.

Liked: The location is off the scale amazing....
Disliked: We were so looking forward to staying at this hotel for it's amenities and it's location... But when we got there everything was torn up because of renovations.. myself and my family were hugely disappointed... If we had of been told this or had been given a discount or even been offered breakfast as compensation but nothing at all... Staff never apologized for the hotel or nothing....

Great Location, terrible timing with...

Liked: Good location, close to Ferry and Path train. Lots of dining options near hotel. Great views of city skyline.
Disliked: Booked in March for October stay. Reached out to hotel to inquire about Check-in time as my flight arrived early. Was told by staff through email that Check-in was 12 pm. Got to hotel to see it is under renovations. Room was not ready when we arrived and was told Check-in was at 4PM. Told them notify me when room would be ready, as I had business to attend to. Never received a call or any notification from hotel. Went back after 4 pm and was told room is not ready due to construction. Was told that I would have to wait till it was ready. Told them I needed a room asap. They placed us in a room that was on a construction floor, room next to us was being remodeled and wreaked of paint. Outside of room was plastic sheathing on floor, room next door didnt even have a door on it. Was told by staff that I could have that room for one night only and that I would have to check out of that temp room and check into the other room next day. Asked why couldn't I just have that open room for my entire stay. Was told that they couldn't do that, that I could only have that room.for one night and I would have to check-out of that room and into another. Big inconvenience as it was not our fault room was not ready. Also was told there was a $400 security deposit fot stay, checked my credit card and I have 4 separate transactions charged to my card for $400! l, called Hotel and was told they "should" drop off!
