Disliked: Noise; sheets were horrible - felt like heavy heavy starch.

Beautiful hotel and John Mellencamp was also staying there. We rode up the elevator with his son!

Liked: Beautiful inside; comfortable room and beautiful view.
Disliked: Nothing!

I would not stay here again, which probably means I will never attend an event at the lovely Florida Theatre again.

Liked: The closeness to the theatre.
Disliked: Rude staff. Noisy A/C. When we turned the heat on, it smelled like it was burning. The 'room freshener' in the hallway was very unpleasant but not present in the room. When we stepped outside, the air smelled of sewage.

There were some renovations going on in the area, but the hotel was beautiful and the staff was courteous. We were greeted with champagne when we were waiting on the check in line. Perfect after a 4 hour drive.

Disliked: Surprised we were given a handicap room. When asked, we were told when booking online you get that type of room. Huh?

Beautiful hotel; great food; perfect location near the concert venue and very attentive staff!

This was one of the best experiences my husband and I have ever had. The hotel was extremely nice and the most professional and courteous staff we have ever encountered. Would highly recommend staying at this location - we definitely will.

Disliked: Expected more from a supposedly upscale hotel. The price was certainly more, but the room and bath were about on a par with many moderately priced motels.

Liked: Everyone was so helpful, from the valet to the front desk. We had a lovely view of the river from our room. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jacksonville.
