I recently made a reservation at your hotel via Booking.com for a high-floor room, specifically for the period from December 4th to December 12th. However, upon my arrival, I was assigned a room on the third floor, which is far below the high-floor room I had booked.I chose your hotel based on the expectation that I would receive a high-floor room, as indicated in the booking confirmation. I am disappointed that this request was not honored, and I would appreciate an explanation for this discrepancy.Could you kindly clarify why this occurred and let me know how this issue can be resolved? Pleasant and ideal stay for...

Liked: beautifully decorated lobby and restaurant. stylish and modern look of room. nice and traffic-free surroundings to take morning strolls. classy restaurant onsite.
Disliked: room provided only one regular coffee pod. texted valet 10 minutes before and attendant just checked his text message. it did not seem they were too busy. wine by the glass seem outrageous for several of the selections considering the quality. bought a bottle thinking I would get value for the money but did not.
